Nabiki is such a good businesswoman; she never fails to entertain me with her money-minded antics. ^_^ Here, she is hawking betting tickets for the fight between Ranma and Ryouga.The background is similar to the one used for this scene and comes from the same epi. I think the studio must have made a mistake when selling this cel as the acetate is taped and stapled to the background.
