Finally, a cel of Panda-kun! I juz love him and his stupid signs. Can you see how his lil' paws are holding on to the sign? Kawaii ne! :D The panda form certainly comes in handy when Ranma's dad tries to weasel out of things. Though I'm not sure what Panda-kun is trying to say here.
Kasumi also looks very cute and genki in her swimsuit. Overall, this is a very bright and cheery cel. I like the colourful BG too. ^^
The cel is from Season 7 Epi 18, 'Battle of Miss Beachside' where the girls fight it out to cook for Ranma (crazy huh?).
